10% deposit on signing of Contract payable to Colliers International Trust Account and balance 90% payable 14 days after registration of plan
Deposit payable by cheque, telegraphic transfer or bank guarantee
INTEREST ON DEPOSIT
The Deposit monies will be held in the Trust Account of Colliers International pending settlement.
Deposit monies can be invested in an interest bearing account with 50% of the interest credited to the purchaser and 50% credited to the developer upon settlement, if agreed between the purchaser and the developer in writing.
