1. EXTERNAL
Double 110mm concrete blockwork with 50mm cavity. External, Austral mandalay pattern face bricks with off white mortar and painted render banding on walls, columns and basement wall above ground.

2. INTERNAL WALLS
Concrete brick 110mm with painted 10mm gyprock to all internal walls of units.
Stairways, rendered blockwork with texture finish. Basement garages concrete masonary blocks.

3. PARTY AND DIVISIONAL WALLS
110 mm soundproofed and fire block divisional walls to underside of roof with fire retardant insulation between firewall and roof.

4. ROOF
BHP Colorbond XRW custom orb roofing colour "Stone Beige” with underside 50 mm anti condensation and sound proofing insulation..

5. WINDOWS AND SLIDER DOORS
GJ James Glass powder coated aluminium framed with clear glass installed to AS 2048. Finish colour "Stone Beige". Sun canopies "Off White".

6. ENTRANCE DOORS & FRAMES
G J James Glass powder coated aluminium commercial framed clear laminated safety glass installed tp AS 2048. Doors fitted with security door closers and security keyed. Finish colour "stone beige".

7. UNIT ENTRANCE DOORS
One-hour fire rated doors to AS1905 and fitted with fire rated security door closers and security keyed.

8. BALUSTRADES
Aluminium powder coated vertical balustrading, horizontal rails top and bottom. Finish colour "colorbond ironstone".

9. FACIA, GUTTER AND DOWNPIPES
Colorbond facia, quad style gutter and down pipes.
Finish colour "Colorbond Ironstone" for facia and gutter.

10. BASEMENT PARKING SECURITY ENTRANCE DOOR
Aluminium powder coated motorised gate with key and radio controlled automatic opening and photoelectric switches for safety reversing. Finish colour "Colorbond Ironstone".

11. FLOOR & WALL TILES
Ceramic floor tiles laid in each unit entrance foyer; bathroom, ensuite, laundry, toilet and kitchen floors and splashbacks as follows:

  • floor to ceilings of bathroom and ensuite including shower,
  • tile splash backs to kitchen, laundry taps and tub, toilet and bathroom,
  • tile skirting to laundry and toilet.

Outdoor ceramic tiles laid on all front balconies, patios and decks.

12. FLOOR COVERINGS
Quality carpet in all units and fire rated carpet in stairway and foyer of upper two levels. Ceramic tiles to foyer of ground floor units.
Ceramic tiles laid on kitchen and bathroom floors.
Ceramic floor tiles in each unit entry fire door.

13. JOINERY
Floor to ceiling built in wardrobes with hanging rail and top shelf.
Regency slider doors with mirror sliders in all bedrooms.

14. CEILINGS
