TERMS OF OWNERSHIP

• 10% deposit on signing of Contract payable to Sellers Solicitors Trust Account and balance 90% payable 14 days after registration of plan
• Deposit payable by cheque, telegraphic transfer or bank guarantee

INTEREST ON DEPOSIT

• The Deposit monies will be held in the Trust Account of Sellers Solicitor pending settlement.
• Deposit monies can be invested in an interest bearing account with 50% of the interest credited to the purchaser and 50% credited to the developer upon settlement, if agreed between the purchaser and the developer in writing.

Gold Coast City Council Rates:	$1700.00 per annum (approx)
Gold Coast City Council rental fee:	$46.00 per annum (approx)
Body Corporate Fees:	$17.70 per week (approx)
