  • The Deposit monies will be held in the Trust Account of Sellers Solicitor pending settlement.
  • Deposit monies can be invested in an interest bearing account with 50% of the interest credited to the purchaser and 50% credited to the developer upon settlement, if agreed between the purchaser and the developer in writing.

Body Corporate Fees: $17.70 per week (approx)
